* Sales tax is applicable to orders shipped to North Carolina.

Shipping

Orders received before 12:00pm Eastern will ship the same business day, Orders received after 12:00pm Eastern will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Please note that Monarch is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during the shipping process.

Returns

You can return/exchange the product within 30 days from the day of receipt if the following criteria are met. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. Please review our refund policy for for more information on returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit our Return Request form.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice.  We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Please note that Monarch is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during the return process.
