Returns and Exchanges

You can return/exchange the product within 30 days from the day of receipt if the following criteria are met:

HAIR EXTENSIONS

The hair has NOT been worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.

    HAIR TOOLS OR BEADS

    The product has not been opened or used.

      Exchanges must be the same or lesser price. A refund will be issued for lower priced exchange.

      How to Return a Product

      Complete all required sections in the Return Request form to begin the return process.

      Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice.  We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Please note that Monarch is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during the return process.

      Once we receive and process your return, we will:

      FOR RETURNS:

      credit your account used for the original payment.

      FOR EXCHANGES:

      call to take the shipping fee over the phone and ship out the replacement product. Monarch is not responsible for shipping cost for exchanges, we do cover the cost of the return label to send back your return/exchange.
